On June 27, accompanied by Mr. Wu Huanquan, Vice Chairman of Guangdong Science & Technology Association, Mr. Dukgyoo Kim, Director General of Daegu National Science Museum in Korea visited Guangdong Science Center. Mr. Dukgyoo Kim and his accompanies visited permanent halls including Experiment & Discovery, Children’s Wonderland, Science & Technology History in Lingnan, and fully approved and appraised on the scale and operation of GDSC.   

After visit, Dr. Lu Jingui, General Director of GDSC and Mr. Dukgyoo Kim, Director General of Daegu National Science Museum represented the two parties to sign a strategic plan for mutual development. Dr. Lu Jingui warmly welcomed the Korean delegation, and noted that good communications between GDSC and Korean science museums were long established, while today’s MOU signing witnessed a new chapter of cooperation between GDSC and DNSM, and the two parties could further discuss on travelling exhibition, education activities and staff exchange program to promote science education industry in Asia-Pacific region.  

Mr. Duan Fei, Vice Director of GDSC facilitated the MOU signing ceremony, and staffs from Administrative Office, Research & Design Department and Science Education Department witnessed the ceremony.
